Additional Tips to Stay Fit
Home workouts are all you need, but it’s still nice to mix things up, and to sometimes exercise at a gym.
When exercising at a gym, perform isometric exercises or bodyweight exercises when popular equipment is being used.
I also like to go to the gym to ride an exercise bike. I try to ride for about 20 minutes, alternating 1.5 minutes very difficult, 1.5 minutes moderate.
